Privacy Policy

Nabera Ltd. collects personal information only to assess and respond to service requests. This policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it, and how you can have it removed.

Information we collect

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• The service address, and a destination address where applicable
• The details you provide describing the job, including any preferred date
• Photographs you choose to upload of the property or items involved

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to assess your request, prepare a quote, and contact you about it. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Submitting a quote request does not sign you up for marketing email. We will not send you promotional messages without asking for your express consent first.

Who processes your information

• Resend — delivers the notification email containing your request
• Google — stores requests in a spreadsheet accessible only to Nabera Ltd. staff
• Vercel — hosts this website, stores any photographs you upload, and records anonymous, cookieless traffic statistics
• Cloudflare — checks that the quote form is submitted by a person rather than an automated script

These providers may store data outside Canada. We share only what is needed to handle your request.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our traffic statistics are cookieless and cannot identify you.

Retention and removal

We keep quote requests only as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. You may ask us to delete your information, including uploaded photographs, at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will confirm once it is done.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a copy, ask for corrections, and withdraw consent. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
